I lost my progress. The game saves locally on your device. Reinstalling or resetting the device can clear the save. Include your device model in your email and we'll help.
A purchase didn't go through. Purchases are handled by Apple. Email us the approximate date and product, and check your Apple purchase history for refunds via Apple Support.
How do I restore purchases? Open the in-game Shop and use “Restore Purchases”.
