By downloading or using Idle Repair Tycoon (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. The App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA); where these terms are silent, Apple's Standard EULA applies.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with the App Store Terms.
The App is free to download and fully playable for free. It offers optional one-time in-app purchases (consumable gem packs and non-consumable items such as “Remove Ads” and “×2 Income Forever”). There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewing charges. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Purchases are final except as required by law; refunds are handled by Apple.
Do not modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App, or use it in any unlawful way.
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Завантажуючи чи використовуючи Idle Repair Tycoon («Додаток»), ви погоджуєтесь із цими Умовами. До Додатку також застосовується Стандартна ліцензійна угода Apple (EULA); у частині, не врегульованій тут, діє Стандартна EULA Apple.
Ліцензія: особиста, без права передачі, для особистого некомерційного використання на ваших пристроях Apple згідно з умовами App Store.
Вбудовані покупки: Додаток безкоштовний і повністю проходиться безкоштовно. Є необов'язкові разові покупки (витратні гем-паки й невитратні позиції на кшталт «Прибрати рекламу» та «×2 дохід назавжди»). Підписок і автопоновлення немає. Ціни показані в Додатку до покупки й списуються з Apple ID при підтвердженні. Повернення коштів — через Apple.
Відмова від гарантій: Додаток надається «ЯК Є», без жодних гарантій; ми не несемо відповідальності за непрямі збитки в межах, дозволених законом.
Зміни й право: умови можуть оновлюватись; подальше використання означає згоду. Застосовується законодавство України.
